Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:
  • Any special/custom orders older than 2 days
  • Any items that are resized to fit your body measurements
  • Any items changed due to your order
Partial refund scenarios:
In some cases, only partial refunds are given. Some content is deemed appropriate at our sole discretion. We also have the sole right to determine the refund amount for such merchandise as a percentage of the original purchase amount. The following are the types of scenarios for granting partial refunds:
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in original condition
  • Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any item purchased during a promotion or at a discounted price
  • Any item that is not visibly damaged or has an identifiable defect (we reserve the sole right to inspect and determine whether the item is defective or damaged; please send us clear photos of the defect or damage before sending the item back
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 1-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 business days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often 1-3 business days before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
